Here at YUL, we have a changing room, located at the arrivals level, near door 23, close to the washrooms in the corridor between international arrivals and domestic arrivals.
Please note that the maximum lifting capacity of the lifting hoist (lift) is 272 kg (600lbs) and the changing seat (changing table) is 175 kg (386 lbs).
For health and safety reasons, the user must use his/her own stretcher compatible with the system. It is the caregiver's responsibility to ensure compatibility. For safety reasons, Aéroports de Montréal does not supply stretchers.
To avoid contamination, you must take soiled clothing back with you. It is strictly forbidden to wash them in the changing rooms.
All washrooms feature doorless entrances and are equipped with toilet stalls adapted for use by people with limited mobility.
In the international and transborder jetties, single-occupant unisex washrooms equipped with hands-free faucets are accessible to people in wheelchairs. They are also equipped with an emergency call button.
No assistance from ADM can be given to assist passengers in these rooms.
