If your baggage is lost, damaged, or delayed, we recommend that you report the situation immediately to your airline. The airline is responsible for checked baggage from the check-in counter to the baggage carousel at your destination, including the transfer from the aircraft to the carousel.
If your airline confirms that your baggage is located at YUL and you wish to retrieve it yourself, you may come to the airport. Be sure to check the operating hours with your airline beforehand.
Upon arrival, proceed to Doors 28 on the arrivals level. Telephones are located directly in front of these doors. Follow the instructions posted near the black phones, and an agent will assist you and explain how to collect your baggage.
