The ValetParc valet service is available with or without a reservation.
With a reservation
Before arriving, make sure you have your reservation confirmation email, either printed or in electronic format. At the entrance, scan your QR code at the reader, then follow the signage to ValetParc on level SS2 of the HotelParc.
A valet attendant will take charge of your vehicle, collect your keys, and provide you with a ticket. Your vehicle will then be parked for you.
Upon your return, go to the ValetParc office with your ticket. Your vehicle will be returned to you promptly, ready to go. To exit the parking facility, proceed to one of the exit gates and scan your QR code again. The barrier will open automatically.
Without a reservation
If you are accessing ValetParc without a reservation, take a ticket at the entrance, then follow the signage to level SS2 of the HotelParc.
A valet attendant will assist you, collect your keys and ticket, and give you a ticket for your vehicle, which you must keep until your return.
When you return, go to the ValetParc office with your ticket to retrieve your vehicle and pay your parking fees. Your vehicle will be returned to you promptly, ready to go. To exit, insert the ticket provided by the valet at one of the exit gates. The barrier will open, allowing you to exit the parking facility.
