YUL offers an assistance service for passengers who need help travelling between the drop-off area and the terminal. Assistance may be provided by wheelchair, electric cart, on foot, or for baggage transportation.
Where is this service available?
Assistance is available:
- Between the drop-off area and the public departures area.
- Between the public arrivals area and the pick-up area.
- Between the Express Drop-Off Areas, the P4 parking lot, and the public areas of the terminal.
