I did not receive a confirmation email after my booking on YULExpress, how can I be sure that my booking was accepted?

The booking confirmation email is required to pass through security checkpoints and benefit from the YULEXPRESS priority line. It contains the QR code that confirms your booking and which you must present to the agent. Make sure you check your spam; the confirmation email may be there.

If you still cannot find the confirmation email, you can make a new reservation.
