RULES
DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The "Shop/Eat/Enjoy at YUL" Contest is organized by ADM Montreal Airports -- ("the Organizer"). It runs from June 13, 2022 (2:00 p.m.) to June 29, 2022 (11:59 p.m.) (the "Contest Period").
ELIGIBILITY
Only persons who meet the following conditions may enter the Contest:
- Be a resident of the Province of Quebec;
- Be over 18 years of age; ("Eligible Entrant").
Persons who, during the Contest Period or at the time of the draw, if applicable, are
- Employees and officers of ADM Aéroports de Montréal and persons with whom they are domiciled.
HOW TO ENTER
To participate in the contest, simply access the YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/yulaeroport and comment on the contest publication or access the Instagram page @yulaeroport https://www.instagram.com/yulaeroport/ and comment on the contest publication, subscribe to our page and identify a person.
Entry Limit. There is a limit of one entry per entrant per eligible post throughout the Contest Period.
PRIZE
The "Shop/Eat/Enjoy at YUL" prize is 3 prepaid credit cards of $500 each. There are 3 prizes to be won, total value $1500.
DRAW
Winners will be determined by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period at the contest organizers' offices at the Montreal airport.
Draws will be held on June 16, 23 and 30 at 9:00 a.m.
The odds of an eligible entrant's name being drawn depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
To be declared a winner, the randomly selected entrant must meet the following additional conditions:
Respond via private Messenger to the message from the Montreal Airport Facebook page administrator and respond to the contest administrator according to the contact information provided within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
Confirm that he/she meets the eligibility and other requirements of these rules.
Correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by Messenger.
Sign the Declaration and Release Form (the "Declaration Form").
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or any other condition mentioned in these rules will result in the selected entrant being disqualified and, at the discretion of the Contest Organizers, the prize will be forfeited or a new draw for that prize will be held in accordance with these Contest Rules until such time as an entrant is selected and declared the winner of that prize. The same terms and conditions will then apply with the necessary adjustments, if any.
Delivery of prize. The winner will receive the prize either on site at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport or by mail. In the event that the selected entrant refuses to accept the prize, the Contest Organizers will be released from any obligation to award the prize and may, at their discretion, cancel the prize or hold a new draw as described in the preceding paragraph.
Verification. Entries and Declaration Forms may be subject to verification by the Contest Organizers.
Any entry or Declaration Form that is, as applicable, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, manually or mechanically reproduced, mutilated, fraudulent, obtained from an unauthorized source, filed or transmitted late, contains an invalid telephone number, or otherwise does not comply with the rules, may be rejected and will not be eligible for entry or prize, as applicable
Disqualification. Any person participating in this Contest or attempting to participate in this Contest in a manner that is contrary to these Contest Rules and that is unfair to other entrants (e.g., use of fraudulently obtained entry coupons, registration in excess of the permitted limit, computer hacking, use of voting groups, use of nominees) will be automatically disqualified and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
Conduct of the contest. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempts be made, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to reject the entrant's entries and obtain legal redress.
Acceptance of prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be transferred in whole or in part to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged for cash, except as otherwise provided in these rules.
Limitation of liability. If the Contest Organizers are unable to award the prize as described in these Contest Rules, they reserve the right to award a prize of equivalent nature and value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the prize as indicated in these Contest Rules.
Limitation of Liability: Use of Prize. The winner releases the contest organizers and the persons for whose benefit this contest is held from any and all liability for damages, harm or loss that he or she may suffer as a result of participating in the contest, accepting and/or using the prize. The winner acknowledges that upon receipt of the prize, the performance of the obligations related to the prize becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the various suppliers of products and services.
The winner agrees to sign a declaration and release form to this effect. The winner of a prize acknowledges that the only warranty applicable to the prize is the usual manufacturer's warranty.
Limitation of liability: operation of the contest. The Contest Organizers and the persons for whose benefit this Contest is held disclaim all liability for the malfunctioning of any computer component, software or communication line, for the loss or absence of network communication or for any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network and that may limit or prevent any person from reading the Contest rules. They also disclaim any responsibility for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any web page or software or by the transmission of any information related to participation in the contest. In particular, if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or impaired, including by reason of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause, the Contest Organizers reserve the right, without prior notice (subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec), to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the Contest.
Limitation of liability: entries. The Contest Organizers and the persons for whose benefit this Contest is held shall not be liable for any failure, for any reason whatsoever, of the Website during the Contest Period, including any damage to an entrant's computer or mobile device.
Limitation of liability - receipt of entries. The Contest Organizers and the persons for whose benefit this Contest is held will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries, including due to any problem with the postal service or any failure for any reason whatsoever of the Website during the Contest Period, including any damage to an entrant's computer or mobile device.
Limitation of Liability - Facebook. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Facebook site is not owned or operated by the Contest Organizers and nevertheless acknowledge that they are subject to Facebook's terms of use. The personal information collected in the context of this contest is for the exclusive use of the contest organizers and will not be communicated in any way to Facebook. Facebook is not associated with the contest and does not sponsor it in any way. Limitation of Liability - Instagram. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Facebook site is not owned or operated by the Contest Organizers and nevertheless acknowledge that they are subject to the Instagram terms of use. The personal information collected in this contest is for the sole use of the contest organizers and will not be shared with Facebook in any way. Instagram is not associated with or sponsoring the contest in any way.
Limitation of Liability - Out of Control Situation. The Contest Organizers and the persons for whose benefit this Contest is held will not assume any liability whatsoever in any case where their inability to act is the result of an event or situation beyond their control or of a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this Contest.
Changes to the Contest. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, in the event that an event or any human intervention occurs that could alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the Contest as provided for in these Contest Rules (subject to the authorization of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if applicable). No liability will be assumed by them.
Termination of participation in the Contest. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, participation in the Contest is terminated in whole or in part before the end date provided for in these Contest Rules, the draw may be held, at the discretion of the Contest Organizers, from among the entries duly registered and received up to the date of the event that terminated participation in the Contest.
Prize limit. In all cases, the Contest Organizers shall not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules. In the event that more prizes are offered than the number of eligible entrants, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel the excess prizes.
Limitation of liability: participation in the Contest. By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, any person releases the Contest Organizers and the persons for whose benefit this Contest is held from any and all liability for any damage that he or she may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Contest.
Authorization. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Contest Organizers and their representatives to use, if required, his/her name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence and/or statement regarding the prize for publicity purposes, without any form of compensation.
Communication with entrants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants in connection with this Contest other than in accordance with these Contest Rules or at the initiative of the Contest Organizers or to obtain their consent to the use of their entry without purchase or consideration.
Personal information. Personal information collected about entrants in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. No communications, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this Contest will be sent to the entrant unless the entrant has otherwise consented.
Ownership. Entries and Declaration Forms are the property of the Contest Organizers and will not be returned to entrants under any circumstances.
Decision. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the final and binding decisions of the Contest Organizers. "All decisions of the Contest Organizers or their representatives regarding this Contest are final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on any matter under its jurisdiction.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
Severability of paragraphs. If any paragraph of these rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then that paragraph shall be deemed to be void, but all other unaffected paragraphs shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of a discrepancy between the English and French versions of the rules, the French version shall prevail.
The contest is subject to all applicable laws.
