You may accompany a passenger inside the terminal. However, only passengers may enter the restricted area.
You may also wait for a passenger at the arrivals level. Due to the control measures related to the COVID-19, additional waiting times are to be expected at arrivals. We suggest that you consult the Canada Customs and Immigration (CBSA) waiting time on our website.
Please note that masks must be worn at all times in the terminal by everyone.
