Travellers who may experience difficulty submitting their information through ArriveCAN can access additional information at Canada.ca/ArriveCAN or send an email to: phac.arrivecan.aspc@canada.ca.
New ArriveCAN features are implemented to increase flexibility for the submission of information before someone travels to Canada.
Travellers can also have another person submit their information by signing in online, even if that person is not travelling with them to Canada. The person would provide a paper copy of the ArriveCAN receipt to the traveller by printing it or sending them a screenshot. The traveller would then show the receipt to the Canada border services officer at the port of entry.
If you do not have a computer or a smartphone, you can sign in online on any personal computing device, like those found in Internet cafés or libraries.
