If a passenger tests positive, he or she will be able to change his or her travel arrangements with the air carrier.
If a family member tests positive, according to public health requirements, family members living under the same roof must also be isolated. It is required to contact the airline immediately to make changes to the itinerary if the family is registered on the same file. For other cases, it is necessary to refer to the airline.
A telephone number will be provided by the carrier to confirm changes to the reservation.
Once changes are made to the travel itinerary, the passenger who tested positive for the antigenic test will have to leave the airport immediately, go into quarantine and follow the advice of Public Health.
The passenger must have a means of transportation to get to his quarantine location. For more information on means of transportation visit the government's website.
The facilities will be disinfected.
Biron Groupe Santé will notify Québec public health authorities.
