There are several options available to pick up a passenger at YUL, depending on your situation and arrival time.
Before heading to the airport, you can consult the YUL Transit Planner. Using artificial intelligence, this tool recommends the best pick‑up location based on your departure address, your desired arrival time, and road congestion on the airport site. This helps you avoid heavy traffic and save time.
To avoid congestion, the P4 and P10 Express Drop-offs, which are free and open 7 days a week, are an excellent option for picking up your passenger.
A frequent shuttle service, using a dedicated lane, provides a quick connection of approximately 5 minutes:
- between the Leigh-Capreol drop-off area (accessible from Door 28 on the arrivals level) and Express Drop-Off P4;
- between Door 20 (Arrivals level) and Express Drop-Off P10.
Designated spaces are available for passengers with reduced mobility.

Arriving at YUL before your passenger? Avoid unnecessary driving around the airport by waiting at the CellParc. You can take advantage of two hours of free parking, provided you remain in your vehicle at all times.
When your passenger is ready, proceed directly to the arrivals pick-up zone. You must remain in your vehicle and stop only for the time required for boarding.
Please note:
- designated spaces are available for passengers with reduced mobility;
- parking is prohibited in pick‑up areas and on the airport road network;
- any unattended or illegally parked vehicle will be towed.
To reduce congestion and make meeting your passenger easier, five pick‑up zones are available at the Arrivals pick‑up area: A, B, C, D and E. We recommend asking your passenger to tell you the exact zone where they are waiting.
If you wish to meet your passenger inside the terminal, HotelParc (Short‑Term) is ideal for visits of less than three hours. It is located on level SS1 of the HotelParc and is directly connected to the terminal.
