When you arrive at YUL, if you are planning to take an Uber Black, head to door 25 on the arrivals level to book a ride in the pick-up area.
If you choose another category of Uber, please proceed to the Leigh-Capreol drop-off area, accessible from door 28 on the arrivals level, to request your ride from the designated pick-up zone.
After making your UberX reservation, you'll receive a PIN code via the app, and you'll need to get in line to be assigned the next available driver. The reconciliation between you and the Uber driver will be on a “first come, first served” basis. Once at the vehicle, you must show the driver the PIN generated through the Uber application.

For other Uber services (Uber XL, Uber Comfort) or between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m., simply follow the instructions provided in the app to find your driver.
