All drivers wishing to drop off or pick up passengers at Montréal-Trudeau Airport must follow the procedure below. For more information, please contact our Commercial Transportation department at transportcommercial@admtl.com.
Drop-off:
Passenger drop-offs will take place at Door 7 on the departures level (free of charge).
Pick-up
- 1. Arrival at the airport
- Upon arrival at the airport site, the driver must proceed directly to the boarding zone located near the taxi holding area (Appendix 1). If all boarding spaces are occupied, the driver must wait in the designated staging area (Appendix 1).
- Please note that agents will be on site to ensure the safety of vehicle manoeuvres performed by drivers (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week).
2. Registration
Check-in must now be done online. Please use the link below, select the date, approximate entry and exit time, and the type of vehicle being operated (Minibus or coach).
• https://stationnement.admtl.com/coachA confirmation email will be sent. The driver must have this confirmation. An employee will be on site to perform verifications.
- 3. Arrival of the passenger group in the arrivals hall
- Passengers must proceed to Door 20 inside the terminal and follow the pedestrian route leading to the boarding zone
- If passengers are unfamiliar with the site, it is recommended that a representative from the transportation organization be present to gather the passengers and guide them to the boarding area.

- 4. Passenger boarding
- The driver proceeds with boarding the passengers and departs toward the intended destination. We recommend turning left at the intersection of Jacques-de-Lesseps and Arthur-Fecteau Nord.
