Drop-off:
Passenger drop-offs will take place at Door 7 on the departures level (free of charge).
Pick-up

Arrival at the airport:
- Upon arriving at the airport premises, the driver must proceed to the commercial vehicle waiting area (Appendix 1) and park the vehicle there.

Registration:
- Check-in will now be done online. Please use the link below, select the date, approximate time of the pick-up and exit from the curb, as well as the type of vehicle operated (minibus or coach): https://stationnement.admtl.com/coach
- A confirmation email will be sent. The driver must have this confirmation. An employee will be on site to perform verifications.

Arrival of the passenger group in the arrivals hall:
- Passengers must proceed to door 7 located at the departures level.
- If passengers are unfamiliar with the site, it is recommended that a representative from the transportation organization be present to gather the group and guide them to door 7.
- It is prohibited for chartered buses to park at door 7 and wait for passengers. Waiting must take place in the designated waiting area. Once the passengers are gathered at door 7, the bus may move forward for boarding.

Passenger boarding:
- The driver proceeds with boarding the passengers and departs toward the intended destination.
